Looks like the perfect book to read on a nice sunny day!

  2. Oh for sure! My one year old has a real love of books already, whether it be demanding her Dad or I read to her, or she gets her books out and “reads” herself. It’s wonderful to see.

  3. Well I hope this is true! I really believe in the power of reading and hope my daughter will turn out to be a thinker!

  4. Yes, love this! My daughter has just inherited my old Kindle and I am hoping it encourages her into reading more, as she’s 12 now and turns to books less.

  9. I love that quote, as a child I always read all books in my vicinity and loved spending time at the library just getting lost in a good book.

  12. Love that quote. I’m proud to be raising a reader and hopefully my son as he gets older will love books and reading as much as I do.

  13. I love this saying! My son is 8 and he loves to read and you can see him getting lost in the story which is so lovely. His teacher commented on how well he reads and that it shows in how he thinks when he does writing work in school too! x
